Reflow-Löten, Aufschmelzlöten:
Das Zusammenfügen von zu verbindenden Oberflächen, die vorher verzinnt und/oder mit einem Lotauftrag versehen worden sind, das Zusammenhalten der beiden Teile, das Erhitzen, bis das Lot fließt, und das Abkühlenlassen in der Fügeposition.
