Impedanz:
Der Widerstand gegenüber dem Stromfluss in einem Leiter, dargestellt durch ein elektrisches Netzwerk aus ohmschem Widerstand, Kapazität und Induktivität, bei Anlegen einer Wechselspannungsquelle mit zeitlich veränderlicher Spannung. Die Impedanz Z ist der Quotient aus komplexer Wechselspannung und komplexem Wechselstrom. Die Einheit ist Ohm und entspricht der Quadratwurzel aus der Summe vom ohmschen, kapazitiven und induktiven Widerstand.
