Heißluft-Verzinnen:
Ein physikalischer Metallisierungsprozess, bei dem eine Leiterplatte in das geschmolzene Lot eines Lötbades eingetaucht und gegen eine Reihe von Heißluftstrahlen (Strahlen heißer Pressluft) wieder herausgezogen wird, um überschüssiges Lot abzublasen.
