Wechselstrom (AC):
Ein zeitlich veränderlicher Strom – häufig bei Stromversorgungen vorgegeben – dessen Polarität mehrmals pro Sekunde wechselt und der eine sinusförmige, rechteckige oder dreieckige Wellenform aufweisen kann.
