Use of Artificial Intelligence in Project Management within an Engineering Service Provider in the German Electronics Industry

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the working environment of German service providers in the electronics industry confronts companies and their managers with new challenges. This paper focuses on the role of the project manager and provides - based on the current state of the industry and a survey on the perception of AI among employees - a practical guide for the successful introduction of AI in companies of EMS providers.
