Sustainability Aspects within PCB Manufacturing

Since the 1990s, microvia technology has redefined design freedom for HDI PCBs. However, with ambitious constructions come significant challenges regarding long-term reliability—especially as stacking requirements increase. This presentation shares the results of an extensive test campaign designed to bridge the gap between imaginative design and manufacturing reality across various high-performance materials.
